WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE
Automation Personnel Services is hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate for a well-established company in Fairhope, AL. This position supports daily warehouse and production operations, including receiving, organizing, and preparing orders for distribution. The ideal candidate is energetic, team-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and safety standards. This is a hot working environment, and candidates must be comfortable working in warm conditions for extended periods.
 
Pay Rate
$10.50 per hour
 
Schedule and Hours  
Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
 
Warehouse Associate Duties and Responsibilities
• Load and unload trucks and containers
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified)
• Sort, organize, and stage inventory
• Perform basic quality checks on products
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow company safety and performance standards
 
Warehouse Associate Qualifications and Requirements
• Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs and stand for extended periods (Lift assessment will be conducted)
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
• Background and Drug Test screening will be performed for this role
