Job description

DSI Systems Inc., an authorized AT&T and DIRECTV partner, has an immediate career opportunity for a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our fast-paced Sparks, Nevada distribution center. In this essential role, you’ll keep our shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment operations running smoothly. We’re looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team—while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in a dynamic environment.

As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll load and unload trucks, pick and pack orders, prepare invoices, and maintain accurate inventory records. Forklift experience and familiarity with warehouse management systems are preferred, along with strong computer skills in Microsoft Excel. Success in this position comes from excellent time management, the ability to juggle multiple priorities, and a positive, “get it done” attitude every day.

This is an in-person position that will report to our Warehouse in Sparks, Nevada.
Schedule: Full-time Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5pm

Responsibilities

  • Handle all aspects of shipping and receiving to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
  • Load and unload trucks using a forklift or pallet jack
  • Operate within a warehouse management system to track inventory and orders
  • Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment
  • Process invoices and complete order fulfillment tasks accurately
  • Maintain a positive, can-do attitude with a drive to achieve and exceed goals
  • Arrive on time, work with minimal supervision, and adapt to changing priorities
  • Collaborate effectively with team members while also working independently

Computer Skills

  • Must have intermediate computer skills, preferably in a warehouse environment that utilizes FedEx and local freight carriers
