MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Associated CNO Developer to join our team in Fort Meade, MD.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Assists in designing, developing, documenting, testing, debugging, and maintenance of hardware- or software-based CNO capabilities.
  • Apply knowledge of security concepts and networks to support troubleshooting or providing solutions.
  • Communicate status with more senior staff and customers.
  • Continuously researches and improves their proficiency in tools, techniques, countermeasures, and trends in computer network development.
  • Takes direction from more senior personnel.
  • Collaborate with other CNO Developers.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree and 0+ years of experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 4+ years of experience OR Associate's degree and 2+ years of experience OR Master's Degree and 0+ years, OR a PhD with 0 years of progressively responsible experience.
  • Proficiency in Python and C/C++ programming
  • Proficiency in low-level internals in one or more technology areas (e.g., Windows, Linux, Mobile, Network devices).
  • Proficiency with networking (TCP/IP) and socket level programming.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Degree in IT-related discipline
  • 2+ years of position-specific relevant experience

  • Must be a U.S. citizen.

Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets and office machinery.
  • Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
  • Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

The projected compensation range for this position is $69,900.00-$116,400.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
