Job Summary:
Intelliforce-IT Solutions Group, LLC is a company focused on building software that provides operational advantages through data streams. They are seeking an Associate Software Engineer to work on AI and ML integration, develop high-performance applications, and support large-scale streaming analytics systems in AWS.
Responsibilities:
• Build and integrate AI and ML capabilities into mission software systems
• Develop and optimize high-performance, GPU-enabled applications
• Design and support large-scale streaming data analytics platforms
• Use Terraform to provision and manage AWS infrastructure
• Develop backend services and performance-sensitive components in C++, Python, or Golang
• Troubleshoot and improve throughput, scalability, and system reliability
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to deliver production-ready solutions in mission environments
Qualifications:
Required:
• Top Secret Clearance with Polygraph, must be active. We do not have the ability to sponsor clearances
• Must be a U.S. Citizen. We cannot sponsor visas
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field and 14 years of relevant experience
• Or High School Diploma and 18 years of related experience
• In-scope polygraph within the last 7 years
• AI and ML development or integration experience
• Terraform experience with AWS
• Experience with C++, Python, and or Golang
• Experience writing high-performance or GPU-enabled applications
• Experience with large-scale streaming data analytic systems
Preferred:
• Experience optimizing distributed or cloud-based systems for performance
• Familiarity with AWS-native analytics and infrastructure services
• Experience supporting mission systems in secure environments
• Strong troubleshooting and collaboration skills in fast-moving technical teams
