Position Summary...The Solution Consultant II initiates, manages, and supports the development and deployment of new applications, gathering business requirements, and leading testing activities. This role focuses on transforming projects and creating impactful solutions across various domains.What you'll do...

The Solution Consultant II creates budget estimates, manages change control, and oversees risk management and other PMO deliverables. This role works closely with key stakeholders to understand and gather business needs, identifying and escalating business issues, risks, limitations, and dependencies. The position may involve mentoring Business Analysts and performing team lead functions as needed, supporting follow-up, and providing high-level support with the appropriate parties. Additionally, the Solution Consultant II chairs team/project update meetings and attends management meetings when required.
The Solution Consultant II drives the product discovery process by collaborating with business, user experience, and engineering teams during discovery to assess the value, usability, and feasibility of product features. This role specifies, prioritizes, and communicates high-level and detailed product specifications, using written specifications, business rules, flows, cases, and user experience deliverables like prototypes, wireframes, and design documents. The Solution consultant will also be doing development work to build code.Experience in react Native, web applicationdevelopment and data pipelinecreations.
Supporting product implementation and deployment, the Solution Consultant II engages with engineering and project management to answer questions and make scope trade-off decisions. This role works closely with marketing and the business to launch products and ensure their adoption, coordinates post-launch activities to validate product functionality, manages the development of training materials, and supports users on new product features. The position also involves managing close-loop feedback cycles to encompass customer and user comments and needs, defining, tracking, and improving key product metrics.
The Solution Consultant II demonstrates up-to-date expertise in product management and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others. This role supports and aligns efforts to meet customer and business needs, builds commitment for perspectives and rationales, and leverages guidance from senior product managers to manage backlogs, plan and run SCRUMS, and make ongoing clarifications and trade-offs in partnership with engineering.
