POSITION SUMMARY: The purpose of this position is to provide consistent five-star service to members, guests and staff. The Member Services Associate will also provide accurate information regarding all areas of club operations and uphold all Member Services Desk policies and procedure.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS INCLUDE:

  • $16.90-$17.75 hourly based upon relevant experience to the role.

  • Member Services Staff consistently exhibit exceptional member service and ability to utilize current procedures.
