Job description

Phoenix, AZ - Help Desk Analyst (AZDOA ERP Division) | 100% Remote

Local Phoenix, AZ candidates only. Resumes must include current location. Candidates must be local at the time of submission, available for an in-person interview within 1 week of posting close, and able to start within 2 weeks of an offer. HireRight background check and drug screening required.

The Help Desk Analyst will provide technical support for AZ360 ERP and PageUp, assisting users via phone and email, troubleshooting issues, managing and escalating ServiceNow tickets, supporting data integrity audits, running reports, documenting processes, monitoring service desk activity, and providing new user orientation and training.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of Help Desk or troubleshooting experience
  • Experience using ServiceNow ticket management system
  • Strong customer service and technical troubleshooting skills
  • Experience documenting processes and resolving technical issues
  • Ability to prioritize, escalate, and manage tickets effectively
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, HR/Talent Management applications, and data integrity standards preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Tier 1 technical support for AZ360 and PageUp
  • Diagnose and resolve user issues or escalate as needed
  • Monitor and manage ServiceNow tickets
  • Support data integrity compliance audits and reporting
  • Document procedures and communicate resolutions
  • Train and orient new users while delivering excellent customer service
