The Opportunity NexTech Solutions (NTS) is actively seeking Sales Fulfillment & Operations Analyst II for immediate hire! The REMOTE position offers a unique opportunity to work across business functions in a rapidly changing environment with a focus product and solutions sales processes, product order operations, product order fulfillment, customer relations, and career development. This position will report directly to the Sales Enablement & Ops Director. Preferred Hiring Locations:
The preferred hiring locations for this position are Huntsville, AL and Denver, CO. Candidates outside of these locations may be considered based on business needs and role requirements. Key Responsibilities (Principal Duties and Accountabilities *Essential Functions) * Act as Sales Operations/Order Fulfillment Representative - Own and manage the full order processing lifecycle from lead generation through quoting, order processing, tracking, and delivery, exercising judgment to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
* Partner with the sales team to drive revenue through new business, expansion, and maintenance renewals/account retention, applying independent judgment to support deal execution and customer outcomes.
* Oversight of government contract management- To include partner relationship management, quoting, technology refreshes, tracking and delivery, and program reporting. (Experience with SEWP, GSA OASIS+, CHESS, and/or DLA-TLS are highly desirable)
* Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, independently resolving issues and ensuring timely, professional communication.
* Maintain and continuously enhance internal databases with relevant market and competitive information, ensuring data integrity within the CRM and leveraging insights to inform decision-making.
* CRM-related sales support activities, including price estimation and quoting, material and part number updates, forecasting updates, and post-sales administrative functions. Ensure CRM reflects accurate, real-time opportunity and customer engagement data.
* Post-Award Operations - Coordinates with the Sales Team on scheduling and tracking of delivery, serving as a resource to facilitate communication and alignment with customers, partners, and third-party providers.
* Coordinate with Project Financial Analysts (PFA), Product development, and program delivery teams to align sales and delivery activities, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and revenue recognition.
* Define, implement and optimize standards/procedures that are leverageable across the company to optimize customer delivery. Identify opportunities and utilize creative problem solving to create a Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) culture
* Leverage AI and automation tools to design and enhance business processes, improving data collection, tracking, and analysis to support operational decision-making.
* Develop and deliver reports, presentations, and dashboards that communicate key insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
* Advise customers and stakeholders on government contracting guidelines related to quoting, award review, negotiation support, execution, administration, modifications, and closeout.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments, such as sales, finance, and accounting, and contracts to ensure that contracts are aligned with the company's overall objectives and strategies.
* Utilize and optimize lead generation tools to support lead generation and lead analysis in support of Sales Directors, VP of sales, and product sales/solutions growth efforts. * Apply advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, including data analysis and pivot tables, to interpret trends and support decision-making.
