This role owns pricing administration, GPO roster management, quota and territory mechanics, and operational reporting for BioStem's field sales organization. Sitting at the intersection of sales, finance, accounting, and IT, the Sales Operations Analyst builds and maintains the processes and data infrastructure that enable the commercial team to sell and grow effectively.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Pricing Administration & PCL Lifecycle
• Administer pricing approval workflows and route quotes/deviation requests per defined bands.
• Maintain account-level price books, price overrides, and effective/expiration dates.
• Generate Pricing Commitment Letters from approved quotes; track expirations and drive renewal outreach 60 days in advance.
• Monitor approval queue aging, escalate delays, and maintain audit-ready documentation.
GPO Roster Maintenance & Account Eligibility
• Ingest and normalize GPO roster files into standard eligibility records across all contracted GPOs.
• Maintain facility-level roster data (contract ID, dates, tier, confirmation) and reconcile against Definitive Healthcare affiliations.

Reporting & Analytics
• Produce recurring reports for sales leadership: pipeline health, quota attainment, territory coverage, customer health, PO Tracker status, and other ad hoc reports.

• Experience in a public company or audited environment with business controls and audit-ready data practices.
• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data normalization, large multi-source datasets).
• Working knowledge of commercial contracts: pricing tier structures, renewal cycles.
• Strong data reconciliation skills with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies independently.
• Clear written and verbal communication; able to translate business needs into system requirements.
• Self-directed and detail-oriented; takes ownership of ambiguous problems and drives work to completion.
• Quick learner comfortable ramping on medtech/GPO dynamics; domain expertise is not required.
• Effective cross-functional collaborator (sales, finance, accounting, IT, external partners).
In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including:
• Opportunities for professional growth and development
• A dynamic and supportive work environment
• 401K plan with employer match
