Required Qualifications

  • Associate degree or higher in Nursing
  • 1+ year of experience as a Registered Nurse (Home Health experience preferred)
  • Valid RN license in the state of Pennsylvania (PA)
  • Valid certifications - any of the following:
    • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
    • American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance
Overview
Our client is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (Home Health) to join their growing team in Western Pennsylvania. In this role, you will provide high-quality Home Health care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. You will support patient recovery, chronic-condition management, and overall well-being through coordinated, efficient, and patient-centered care.
