Registered Nurse (RN), Outpatient Clinic **Sign On Bonus Eligible**


Full-time Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm and Sat as needed


Conifer Park is looking for a Registered Nurse to join our team in Troy, NY. The RN is responsible for assessing physical, psychosocial, spiritual, self-care, environmental, and discharge planning needs of patients. Our Registered Nurses function as part of an interdisciplinary team and participate in facility and department meetings.


$8,000 SIGN-ON BONUS (Based on 40 hours, will be prorated based on hours): $2,000 after completion of the orientation period, $2,000 after six (6) months of continuous employment, and $4,000 after one (1) years of continuous employment.

Associates Degree, Current NYS RN License with a minimum of 1 year experience in acute care/mental health/chemical dependency nursing, Experience conducting physical assessments and current CPR certification.
