As a Peritoneal Dialysis Registered Nurse (PD RN), you will be providing education on peritoneal dialysis (PD) to your patients and their care partners in a clinical setting, which then allows them to dialyze from home.This role blends clinical care, patient education, and case management.

What you can expect:

  • Train patients and caregivers on PD procedures and self-care for dialysis treatments at home
  • Manage a caseload of PD patients, including assessments and care planning
  • Monitor treatment progress and conduct home site visits - mileage compensation provided
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes
  • Monday through Friday scheduling, 8 hour shifts - no on-call, weekends, holidays, or overnight shifts.

What we'll provide:

  • If you are new to dialysis, we'll provide a 9-12 week paid-training and the support to guide you through to becoming a nephrology nurse.

Requirements:

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana - minimum of 12 months of RN experiencerequired
  • Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and vehicle insurance in state of residence
  • ADN from accredited school of nursing required; BSN preferred
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook
