Position: RN Dialysis
Facility: ARA Dialysis Centers of Michigan
Address: 24931 Kelly Rd, Eastpointe, MI 48021
Type: Permanent (FTE) 
Shift: 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM (3/4 days/week)
Salary Range: $27 - $45/hour (Dependent on experience)

Position Summary
Join a passionate team at ARA Dialysis Centers of Michigan as a Registered Nurse (RN) in our Chronic Dialysis unit. Our nurses are front-line caregivers, improving the lives of patients with End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). In this role, you’ll manage a group of patients and collaborate closely with patient care technicians to provide high-quality care and emotional support.
You’ll monitor patient vitals, manage dialysis machines, and foster strong, trust-based relationships with patients and their families—ensuring compassionate and personalized care every step of the way.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver safe, effective dialysis treatment in accordance with physician orders
  • Supervise and support dialysis patient care technicians
  • Monitor patients during treatment, ensuring comfort and stability
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control standards
Requirements
  • Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited program
    (BSN preferred but not required)
  • Active Michigan RN License (must be valid at time of submission)
  • Current BLS/CPR certification (AHA)
  • Previous dialysis experience or ICU, CCU, ER, or Med-Surg nursing experience required
