As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, the RN is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients through effective interpersonal interactions. You will provide care and services that enable patients to achieve or maintain their optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs continuously and adjusting care plans as necessary based on any changes in the patient's condition. Additionally, you will oversee the clinical activities of CNAs and LPNs on a daily basis.

Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements
  • Completion of a nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing)
