Registered Nurse (RN)

Per Diem

Pay: $40.33-$52.33/hour
based on experience and shift differentials

What you'll do as a Register Nurse (RN) -

  • Perform nursing assessments and monitor residents' health status, identifying and reporting changes promptly
  • Develop and participate in care plans and care plan meetings
  • Admit, transfer, and discharge residents, including completing required documentation
  • Administer and document medications, treatments, and enteral nutrition per physician orders; adhere to the 6 rights of medication administration and maintain accountability for narcotics and medication keys
  • Complete accurate documentation in the EHR, including nurses' notes, MDS/RAPs, and incident/accident reports
  • Collaborate with residents, healthcare partners, and community resources to ensure continuity of care

Register Nurse (RN) Requirements -

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing
  • BSN preferred
  • Current New Jersey or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Prior long-term care experience preferred
