POSITION FOR RN NURSING! PART TIME/ FULL TIME !
COUNTY - PENOBSCOT - HOURS/WEEKLY HOME VISITS
PAY RATE - $37 -$40 HOURLY
BENEFITS SUCH AS MEDICAL, DENTAL, VISION, AND RETIREMENT 401 (K)- FOR FULL TIME ONLY
RN Nurse Responsibilities & Duties
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
  • Monitor vital signs and health indicators regularly
  • Provide wound care and dressing changes
  • Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and feeding
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers for comprehensive patient care
  • Educate patients and families about health conditions and care strategies
  • Document patient progress and update medical records
  • Respond to medical emergencies and provide critical care as needed
  • Offer emotional support and companionship to patients and their families
  • Manage pain and symptoms for patients with chronic or terminal conditions
