The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day. A member of our recruitment team will provide more details.

Supporting the Head of Risk Analytics, as well as the subject matter expert Risk Assessment managers, to generate Global Risk Assessment (GRA) scoring, metrics and analysis. Performing analytics and reporting for the global GRA team. Performing anti-financial crimes reporting (AML, Sanctions, & anti-bribery and corruption) with SQL, Excel, and Alteryx and SAS Enterprise. Utilizing data analytical end user tools for the creation of data analysis packages and visualizations to be used by senior management (Tableau, SQL and Excel functions, including macros creation, VBA, vlookup, and pivots). Supporting the implementation of GRA projects and evaluation of quantitative and qualitative data relevant to the GRA process. Leading the development of new technical solutions to enhance current processes and standardize their application. Performing analyses to identify risks and trends in data. Leading the development as well as update of business intelligence tools including scoring tools and standardized metrics and reporting. Supporting the collection, organization, and evaluation of business intelligence and quantitative data relevant to the risk assessment process. Performing analyses to identify risks and trends in data and coordinating tests to ensure that intelligence is consistent with defined needs. Providing support for existing reports by working collaboratively across functional teams within GFCD to ensure efficient and effective data gathering and analysis for risk assessments. Working collaboratively across functional teams within GFCD to ensure data quality for GRA process. Working collaboratively across regional and local teams to ensure process efficiency and efficacy with no interruption to Business As Usual (BAU). Reviewing, designing and developing Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), as necessary.

Qualifications – External

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Business Analytics, or a related field (or foreign equivalent degree).

Experience: 3 years of financial crimes compliance reporting, technology or data governance experience in the Banking or FinTech industry; anti-financial crimes reporting (AML, Sanctions, or anti-bribery and corruption) with SQL, Excel, and Alteryx or SAS Enterprise; and utilizing data analytical end user tools (Tableau, SQL and Excel functions, including macros creation, VBA, vlookup, and pivots).

Other: Position requires employment in-office 4 days per week and remotely 1 day per week.

Wage: $90,000 to $120,000 U.S. dollars per year
