Associate Recruiters are typically entry-level, supporting senior recruiters and focusing on initial candidate sourcing. Both roles are essential in the hiring process, but the Recruiter role generally involves greater independence and responsibility.

What are Associate Recruiters?

Associate Recruiters are entry-level professionals who assist in the recruitment process within organizations or staffing agencies. Their main responsibilities include sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
