Experience in recruitment, sourcing, customer-facing roles or sales is a bonus, but what matters most is that youโ€™re curious, driven and motivated by connecting great people with great opportunities.

The day-to-day of this role:

  • Headhunting and sourcing candidates against specific client requirements
  • Using LinkedIn, our internal database and other sourcing tools to identify hard-to-find talent

  • Being a core part of the team day-to-day and contributing positively to our culture

If youโ€™re ambitious, enjoy juggling multiple priorities and love talking to people, this role will give you the opportunity to become an expert at finding and engaging exceptional talent.

What weโ€™re looking for

  • A college graduate or someone with relevant professional work experience
  • Confidence, resilience and a strong work ethic
  • Alignment with our values: Integrity, Energy and Ambition
  • Someone who enjoys being part of a team and celebrating shared success
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Naturally inquisitive and comfortable speaking with people at different levels of seniority
  • Organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working at pace
  • The ability to manage multiple candidates and priorities without losing attention to detail
  • Commercial curiosity and an interest in understanding the industries and roles you recruit into
  • Persistence when it comes to finding difficult-to-reach candidates
  • Humble, coachable and able to laugh at themselves

What youโ€™ll get in return

  • $45,000 โ€“ $50,000 base salary (negotiable depending on relevant experience)
