What You'll Do

  • Learn the fundamentals of US IT Recruiting from experienced industry professionals.
  • Source and identify top technical talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other recruiting tools.
  • Screen candidates to evaluate technical skills, communication, and overall fit.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate candidate information within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Partner with senior recruiters and account managers to support client hiring needs.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the US technology job market and recruiting best practices.
