Overview

We are seeking an experienced, bilingual (Spanish) highly motivated Dental Office Scheduler to join our team. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, has excellent communication skills and is comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced dental environment.

Responsibilities

Accurately schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using EagleSoft

Verify dental insurance coverage and complete insurance verification prior to appointments

Coordinate with dentists, hygienists, and clinical staff to ensure efficient appointment flow and treatment scheduling

Send and track appointment reminders and ensure timely follow-up on patient communications

Assist with clerical and administrative duties such as data entry, scanning, typing, and filing

Maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional front office environment

Required Experience

Experience managing patient appointments, confirmations, cancellations, and follow-ups in a dental office environment

Knowledge of insurances and benefits

Proficiency in EagleSoft

Bilingual (Spanish)

This position offers the opportunity to become a part of a dedicated dental team focused on providing exceptional patient care.

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
