Job description

Part-Time Receptionist | Gerald Naperville

We have an immediate openings for Part-Time Receptionist positions in Naperville for our Subaru and Nissan store. This role will have a positive impact on the success and efficiency of daily operations in a dealership setting.  The ideal candidate will communicate well with all levels in an organization, enjoy problem solving, be comfortable with technology, and possess an outstanding attendance record.  

Essential Functions:

  • Answer incoming calls.
  • Perform clerical duties such as data entry, scanning, filing, and various other office duties.
  • Stock supplies and refreshements.
  • Understand and follow receptionist policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned by the management team.

Hours:

This is a part-time position.  The hours are typically Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday from 4/5pm to 9pm, and Saturday from 9am to 5pm.  

Education / Experience:

High School Diploma or GED.  Experience is preferred, but not required. We will offer training and support to the right candidate. Good job references are required.

  • Pay range for this position: $15.00-$17.00 (Exact compensation may vary based on several factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, and education)
