As a Receptionist, you'll ensure every patient feels valued from the moment they arrive, functioning as the welcoming face of our healthcare facility. Working onsite, you will report to the Center Administration, you'll manage front desk operations, support clinical staff, and help maintain a smooth and compassionate environment. This role is ideal for someone who excels in a dynamic setting and enjoys making a positive impact on others.
What You'll Do
  • You will welcome patients and visitors warmly, in person and by phone
  • You will manage appointment calendars and coordinate with medical staff to improve scheduling
  • You maintain accurate, confidential patient records in EMR and CRM systems
  • You will ensure patient accounts are updated correctly
  • You will handle incoming calls and patient inquiries
  • You will keep the reception area clean, sanitized, and well-stocked
  • You will serve as subject matter expert for the receptionist team
  • You will help resolve escalations and complaints from patients or staff

What You Bring
  • 1+ years of experience in a healthcare front office setting
  • Experience handling multiple phone lines and high call volume
  • Value-based care model experience
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Nice to Have
  • Experience leading a team or department
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish

Work Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 to 5:00
Location: Onsite at CenterWell Senior Primary Care office
This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$39,000 - $49,400 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
