The Receptionist will greet, assist, and provide direction and information to customers, vendors, and other guests of RV Country. The receptionist is the first point of contact with our dealership and is expected to be friendly, positive, professional and energetic.
Job Responsibilities
  • Greets customers, vendors and guests.
  • Determines the purpose of each person's visit and directs or escorts him or her to the appropriate location.
  • Answers, screens and directs phone calls to staff. Take messages as necessary.
  • Receives and distributes mail, documents, packages and courier deliveries.
  • Performs administrative and clerical support tasks.
  • Provides support for inventory clerk and supporting team with scanning and uploading of new unit documents and photos for quick and efficient processing to our website and DMS.
  • Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to operate a multi-line phone system.
  • Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ability to manage multiple tasks and demands.

Requirements
Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous receptionist experience preferred.
