Description
The Quality Analyst II supports the Quality department by performing inspections on molded and machined parts and ensuring products meet established quality standards. This role involves using precision measurement tools, interpreting blueprints and GD&T, documenting inspection results, and identifying non-conforming materials.
Pay Rate: $25.05 - $27.55 per hour
Schedule:
  • 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, works independently, and helps maintain a safe, efficient, and organized production environment while promoting continuous improvement values.

Job Responsibilities
  • Inspect molded and machined parts at all stages (receiving, in-process, final)
  • Use precision measurement tools, including CMMs and hand instruments
  • Interpret blueprints, GD&T, and customer specifications
  • Document inspection results and non-conformances
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and AS9100 standards
  • Identify and control non-conforming materials
  • Support calibration of testing equipment
  • Review and audit production work orders
  • Communicate quality issues with production teams and work independently

  • Degree in a related field (Engineering, Quality), highly preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing, quality, or a related field
  • GD&T training and certification are required
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • ASQ Quality Inspector Certification preferred
