We are seeking a skilled Quality Analyst to support and improve manufacturing operations. This role involves technical writing, collaborating with shop floor staff and management, auditing, and ensuring compliance with ISO, AS9100, and other quality standards/regulations. You'll play a critical role in driving process improvements and ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with different levels of management and staff on documentation revisions
* Conduct interviews with subject matter experts and personnel to be affected by documentation revisions
* Review and ensure compliance with aerospace regulations pertaining to Maintenance Repair Operations
* Facilitate and host meetings around documentation revisions
* Conduct audits, assessing manufacturing processes and compliance to quality standards.
* Issue and track corrective actions, collaborating with stakeholders to resolve roadblocks.
* Monitor corrective action plans and ensuring timely resolution
* Other responsibilities as assigned to meet business needs
Required Qualifications:
* 1 or more years' experience in quality assurance in a manufacturing setting.
* Skilled in using quality tools and systems, with a solid understanding of manufacturing processes and practices.
* Proficiency in interpreting supporting specifications and regulations.
* Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel, Word, and Adobe/Kofax.
* Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and confidence presenting to groups.
* US citizenship is required due to the nature of the work.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Associate or Bachelor"s degree in engineering or a related discipline.
* AS9100 Rev D Lead Auditor Certification.
* Experience with advanced quality tools and familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma practices.
* Experience with technical writing of standard operating procedures and other revision-controlled documents
