Job Description:

L3Harris Technologiesย is seekingย a Senior Associate, Quality Analystย to join our growing facility inย Camden, Arkansas.

Essential Functions:

  • Assists department in handling, organizing, and maintaining shipping documentation.
  • Works independently on larger, moderately complex projects or assignments.ย 
  • Works to achieve operational targets within job area, which has impact on the overall achievement of results for the team.
  • Responsible for making minor changes in processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness of approaches and routines being utilized.
  • Expected to propose solutions to problems for others review.

Qualifications:

  • Must be able to obtain a US security clearance.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to maintain 5S+1 work area and implement and enforce Lean manufacturing principles.
  • Strong attention to detail

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of prior related experience.
