About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at HOPE AND INSPIRATION PSYCHOLOGICAL as a Licensed Psychologist or Licensed Psychological Associate in Huntersville, NC and Mount Holly, NC. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals and families while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to inform treatment plans.
  • Provide individual and group therapy to clients with diverse needs. (This is an expanding need for the practice)
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in mental health care.
  • Engage in continuous professional development and training opportunities.
  • Support clients in setting and achieving personal goals for mental wellness.

Requirements:
  • Valid NC Board license as a Licensed Psychologist or Psychological Associate in North Carolina.
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Experience in clinical settings, preferably with diverse populations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
