Barbaricum is seeking a Project Coordinator (Project Management Specialist) to provide administrative, logistical, and project coordination support for mission-critical programs and initiatives. The selected candidate will assist program and project leadership with scheduling, documentation management, stakeholder communications, and project tracking activities to ensure efficient and effective program execution.
The Project Coordinator will support a variety of operational functions, including cyber program support, strategic planning, logistics, and safety initiatives. The successful candidate will leverage strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills to coordinate activities, maintain project documentation, and facilitate collaboration among project teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative and project coordination support for program, project, logistics, strategic planning, and safety initiatives.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, project schedules, and stakeholder communications to support effective program execution.
  • Prepare, distribute, and maintain correspondence, reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and project documentation.
  • Assist Program and Project Managers with tracking project milestones, deliverables, action items, and resource requirements.

  • Associates degree or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in general office management services including answering and directing phone calls, organize and schedule meetings and appointments, produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, forms, and develop and maintain a filing system, and providing general support to visitors.
  • Demonstrated experience with HR policies and procedures, communicates with coworkers and assist with problem resolution.
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft products, organizing and building project management documentation, and assisting Program and Project Manager with variety of administrative taskings
