Responsibilities

Must be available to work in the Rosemont office Monday through Thursday, with remote work on Fridays 

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead small to medium projects and defined workstreams
  • Identify opportunities in existing operations by leveraging internal and external data analysis, identifying trends, and providing recommendations for improvement
  • Collaboration with various internal departments to understand, gather, and present data
  • Develop proficiency with systems and processes across Martin Brower
  • Use performance metrics to measure the scope of the improvement opportunity
  • Ability to provide fact-based recommendations by analyzing and interpreting data and current state processes
  • Travel required - up to 15%
  • Other projects or duties as assigned
Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience
