They are now looking to add to the their team and are looking to hire a "Project Manager" is 100% Remote
Role Overview:
  • No technical components: Focus on operations, support, compliance efforts, and merchant-impacting activities.
  • Program management: Manage larger programs affecting various business segments, including direct payments.
  • Collaborate with project resources, technical project teams, and product managers.

Key Competencies:
  • Strong understanding of Agile processes.

30-60-90 Day Plan:
  • 30 Days: Understand role expectations based on assignment. Identify key stakeholders and clarify their expectations.
  • 60 Days: Gain a comprehensive understanding of assigned programs.
  • 90 Days: Operate independently, seeking guidance only for immediate needs.
