Job description

The Role

Veeva Systems is looking for a Practice Manager to join our Randomization & Trial Supply Management (RTSM) team. As an RTSM Practice Manager, you will lead a professional services team focused on customer success in implementation and support of RTSM studies.

What You'll Do
  • Ensure customer and employee success
  • Manage a diverse team of project managers and managed services consultants
  • Build and manage people for their personal and professional development
  • Establish and ensure adherence to RTSM Processes
  • Collaborate with other RTSM teams to ensure alignment and delivery expectations
  • Establish best practices and processes
Requirements
  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience
  • Must have RTSM experience
  • 4+ years in people management
  • Built and managed a team of project managers/services team
  • Ability to take initiative and work proactively
  • Operational excellence in leading Services including resource management
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Proven ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
  • Team player
  • A logical approach to problem-solving and excellent eye for detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel (5-10%)
Nice to Have
  • Working Knowledge of RTSM
  • Working Knowledge of FDA and 21 CFR Part 11
  • Management in the RTSM sector

  • Base pay: $100,000 - $200,000
  • The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
