Automated Logic is looking for an Associate Project Manager to join our growing team!
About This Role
Entry-level Project Management professional. Participates in the management of the daily coordination of projects including preparing and maintaining budgets and staffing requirements, and may be responsible for estimating project costs, gathering and analyzing data, preparing progress reports, coordinating project tasks with various functional organizations, and identifying project problems.
Key Responsibilities
  • Participates in estimating costs, resources, and time required to complete projects.
  • Gathers data to monitor projects' progress in terms of cost, schedule and technical specifications.
  • Prepares plans and progress reports relating to business aspects of the project(s) to ensure that established targets are met.
  • May identify and escalate project problems and supports resolutions to ensure the successful completion of projects.
  • Partners with various functional organizations to ensure alignment with overall project objectives.
  • Assisting the Project Manager with day to day activities on their construction projects.

Basic Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ Years of HVAC Industry Experience
  • Valid Driver's License

Preferred Qualifications
  • Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project, Access and other Windows products
  • Strong problem solving, planning and project management skills
  • Ability to read and understand scope of work
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of project financial reporting
  • Prior experience in Construction, HVAC and/or Building Automation

Pay Range
The annual salary for this position is between $53,000.00 - $106,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
Other Compensation
This position may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
