Join a fast-paced, collaborative team as an Associate Project Manager supporting Analysis Service projects within the Life Sciences sector. You will serve as the vital link between customers, sales teams, labs, and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless project execution from initial study design to sample logistics and delivery. [Responsibilities]
- Serve as the primary customer contact for Analysis Service projects, ensuring needs are understood and met.
- Lead and participate in study design and final alignment calls, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate and manage all project documentation, including service agreements, sample forms, manifests, and cloud-based records.
- Communicate turn-around times, project status, and customer-facing materials with clarity and professionalism.
- Manage sample logistics, including shipment coordination, paperwork preparation, and post-analysis sample actions.
- Update project status and documentation in Salesforce, Kanban, LIMS, and other platforms to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Data Management, Labs, and other internal teams for project alignment and operational excellence.
- Support bi-weekly project planning meetings and ensure effective execution of projects from quote acceptance to experiment initiation.
- Assist with financial processes, including pre-invoicing and invoice follow-up.
- Maintain compliance with company, safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Contribute to process improvement by assisting in SOP and work instruction creation.

- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or equivalent.
- 2-5 years' experience in project coordination or project management, ideally within Life Sciences.
