Job description

We are currently hiring a Project Support/Administration in LaBella's Program Management Services Division at our client's office.

The Program Management Services Division at LaBella provides comprehensive management services for complex projects and multi-year capital programs. Project teams are established to provide a customized mix of business consulting, project management, financial control and monitoring, administrative, and technical support services.

The Project Support/Administrative Support role is responsible for performing a wide range of clerical/administrative assignments and resolving recurring problems independently without close supervision. The ideal candidate will have the ability to anticipate upcoming responsibilities or needs and use initiative appropriately.

Salary Range: $40,000 - $65,000

The specific salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location.

Responsibilities

  • Assists resources for team providing support to project managers, engineers, managers, and supervisors.
  • Coordination of office supplies for department.
  • Responsible for administrative tasks as needed.
  • Assist with information technology requests and resolution.
  • Process SAP work as needed.

Requirements

  • Experienced working in a rapidly changing, dynamic team environment.
  • Experience showing demonstrated attention to detail.
  • Experience working in regulated environment.
  • SAP experience preferred.
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
