Job description

Primary Job Function:
Program Coordinator oversee and coordinates New Business Inquiry’s including customer product requirements, project timing and facilitates customer engineering review meetings to secure future business.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
  • New Product Launch capable of handling OEM Customers and multiple programs/window openings.
  • Communicate as single point of contact with OEM customers
  • Act as the voice of the customer for internal processes and proceedings.
  • Organize internal teammates and processes to fulfill and support customer deliverables
  • Act as primary customer contact and manage customer satisfaction regarding Cost, Quality, Delivery and Concerns
  • Maintain program budget as a central requirement
  • Responsible for COST: from Quote to Invoice
  • Manage the quoting process, BOM, development process, engineering revisions timing, quality and capacity.
  • Coordinate and manage feasibility and engineering changes
  • Coordinate and manage launch projects including APQP and PPAP
  • Establish and maintain project open concern matrix, meet periodically with launch team to review matrix, and seeks engineering support after quote is completed, or as needed.
  • Coordinate and manage supplier and in-house coordination and follow up.
  • Coordinate and manage research and development/new technology assistance.
  • PLEX Inputs.
  • Other responsibilities as requested by management.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Associate’s degree in Engineering or a minimum of 4 years combined education/experience in skilled trades or relevant field (design, stamping, process, QA, CAD, or assembly).
  • Basic working knowledge of die/process/manufacturing, assembly, and/or press feasibility.
  • Knowledge in core tools, control plans, PFMEA, APQP, PPAP, customer specifics.
  • Problem Solving, Data Analysis, GD amp;T, SPL, CM4d and Data collection.

Health, Safety and Physical Demand Requirements:

  • Ability to use a phone and computer keyboard
Travel Requirements:
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License and ability to obtain a Passport.
  • Travel within the US and Canada up to 20%; International travel up to 5%
