Indiana University Maurer School of Law in Bloomington is seeking outstanding entry-level and lateral tenured/tenure-track applicants to meet needs in a variety of curricular areas caused by planned retirements and University support for expanding the faculty. Curricular needs include AI Law, Business Associations, Constitutional Law and Comparative Constitutional Law, Contracts, Corporate Finance, Cybersecurity Law, Employment Law, Environmental Law, Financial Regulation, Intellectual Property, International Law, International Business Transactions, Law & Technology, Land Use, Property, National Security Law, Real Estate Law, Secured Transactions, and Trusts & Estates. Features of the Maurer School of Law include:
  • A highly collegial and productive faculty that is committed to retaining and expanding its community of scholars.
  • Integration with a major research university, including cross-disciplinary collaborations with the Kelley School of Business; Hamilton Lugar School of Global and International Studies; Luddy School of Informatics, Computing, and Engineering; Ostrom Workshop in Political Theory and Policy Analysis; and the Paul H. Minimum Qualifications include a distinguished academic background and either great promise (for entry-levels) or a record of excellence (for laterals) in both scholarship and teaching, as well as a J.D., Ph.D., or comparable degree.
