Associate Production Engineer
This position supports manufacturing operations by collecting and analyzing production data within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The role will spend significant time on the production floor observing workflows, documenting process activities, tracking cycle times, and assisting engineering teams with projects focused on improving operational efficiency and manufacturing performance.

This position supports manufacturing operations by collecting and analyzing production data within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The role will spend significant time on the production floor observing workflows, documenting process activities, tracking cycle times, and assisting engineering teams with projects focused on improving operational efficiency and manufacturing performance.
Responsibilities
* Observe manufacturing processes and collect operational data on the production floor
* Track process times, workflow activities, and resource utilization
* Document production activities and identify trends affecting efficiency and throughput
* Assist with process mapping, workflow analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Analyze manufacturing data to support operational and engineering projects
* Support evaluations of equipment utilization, capacity, material flow, and production performance
* Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations
* Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and production teams to support plant improvement efforts
* Present project findings and recommendations to leadership and project stakeholders
Requirements:
* Openings available on both day shift and night shift
* 12-hour rotating 2-2-3 schedule
* Engineering degree, currently pursuing a degree, or related technical background preferred
* Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
* Candidates from all academic majors will be considered
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to collect, organize, and interpret data accurately
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
* Comfortable spending time in a manufacturing environment observing production processes
