Position Overview:

Responsible for partnering with Sales and Sales Support to deliver accurate, timely pricing quotes for clients and prospects. This role ensures compliance with pricing, financial, and contractual requirements while resolving order issues, supporting deal execution, and identifying opportunities to optimize revenue. Collaborates cross-functionally and provides guidance on quoting processes, tools, and policies to drive efficiency and consistency.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales associates todeliver a high volume of moderately complex sales quotes on time and with a high degree of accuracy
  • Coach and support sales associates to delivertimely, accurate and professional sales quotes forarange of product lines, ensuringfinance,business,legaland professional servicesrequirements are met while optimizing revenue
  • Monitor, investigate and promptly resolve open client sales orders that fall outside normal pricing guidelines
  • Analyze, document, communicateand processcontractual, technical and commercial terms and conditions relative to the company standard
  • Deliver training to key stakeholders (e.g. sales, sales operations, deal desk) onquotingand salestools,pricing policy, changes, and releases supporting product launches

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least 2 years' experience in finance, accounting or business operations and analysis
  • Excellent financial analysis, business writing, and communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate across organizational functions
  • High level of professionalism with internal and external customers
  • High attention to detail with excellent organization skills

Preferred

  • Proficient Excel skills
  • Salesforce.com work experience
  • Price deskexperience in the software industry
