Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, implementation, and administration of compensation, health and retirement benefits.
  • Develop strategies that attract, retain, and engage employees.
  • Partner closely with senior leaders and external vendors to manage compensation structures, employee benefits, compliance requirements, and total rewards communications.
  • Analyze market trends and workforce data to recommend improvements that enhance the employee experience and support organizational success.
  • Take responsibility for health, retirement, disability, paid‑time‑off, behavioral health, work‑life, flexibility and other benefits.
  • Manage wellness offerings, compensation related programs and systems.
Requirements
  • 6‑10 years of progressive experience leading the strategy, design and implementation for employer health and retirement benefits, compensation, and wellness programs, with at least 3‑5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong financial background and the ability to apply financial insights to compensation and benefits strategy.
  • 6‑10 years of experience developing and delivering communications to engage employees and increase their understanding of the entire portfolio of benefits and wellness programs.
  • Previous experience leading the vision, strategy and execution of a modern and relevant employee wellness program focusing on physical, mental, and financial wellbeing.
  • Experience negotiating contracts, providing feedback, and ensuring agreements are executed appropriately.
  • Develops and conduct RFPs regularly and vendor management.
  • In‑depth knowledge of employment laws, tax regulations, and regulatory requirements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or Finance.
