We are looking for a Motorsports Sales Associate to join our growing business! The right candidate will be ambitious, have excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to meet and exceed goals. Day-to-day tasks will include developing client relationships and providing product solutions that best meet our customer's needs.

Responsibilities
  • Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
  • Develops buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers; suggesting trade-ins; meeting prospects at community activities; greeting drop-ins; responding to inquiries; recommending sales campaigns and promotions.
  • Demonstrates automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking drives; explaining warranties and services.
  • Close sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing sales or purchase contracts
  • Meeting Sales Goals
  • Be the vehicle expert. Know the in’s & the out’s of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology
  • Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
  • Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.
  • Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
  • Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
  • Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints
Qualifications
  • Available to work flexible hours & Saturdays
  • Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product in’s & out’s
  • Fantastic communication skills with your customers
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screen (THC is not tested for pre employment)
