Job Description

As the Medical Director Veterinarian, you will serve as the pivotal leader of our hospital. Your role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, including but not limited to leadership and staff management, client relations, medical quality assurance, and financial oversight of the practice in partnership with the Regional Manager. This role is integral to the success of our hospital, and we are excited to have you bring your expertise and leadership to our team.

This position includes the opportunity to participate in our Partner Track Ownership Program, allowing you to build equity while continuing to practice medicine. It's a unique path for veterinarians who want the rewards of ownership without taking on the responsibilities of purchasing and managing an entire practice independently.
