Role Summary
This role involves representing public entities and private clients in complex real estate litigation matters, including eminent domain and inverse condemnation cases. The associate will work on high-impact matters in state and federal courts, collaborating closely with experienced trial attorneys on sophisticated property and land-use disputes.
