Calsoft Systems is seeking talented, motivated and entrepreneurial candidates who are passionate in learning about consulting, business and technology.  We are currently accepting applications for an Operations Associate.  As Operations Associate you will play the vital role of coordinating behind-the-scenes to ensure our projects are delivered successfully.  You will be responsible in the sales fulfillment process - from the time the sales estimate is accepted by the customer to the completion of the project - by collaborating with internal teams across the organization. Essential Functions: * Process order entry, sales invoices, returns and purchases with accuracy * Ensure data integrity of all customer order and related data within the ERP system * Collaborate with other team members and/or outsourcing team members in operations tasks * Strive to increase skill level in order to improve efficiency * Building and maintaining strong relationships with our internal team members and external business partners Minimum Qualifications: * 1-3 years customer service experience, operations, accounting or related experience * Time Management: ability to organize and manage multiple priorities * Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.  Friendly, empathetic and considerate when communicating with others * Attention to detail and high level of accuracy * Basic computer proficiency, Excel/Word, and accounting knowledge * Associates degree in Accounting
