Job description

In this role, the Operations Associate is responsible for supporting daily operations including cleaning, inspection, packaging, labeling, and palletizing of units. This role ensures that all products are properly processed, packaged, and prepared for shipment according to company standards, quality requirements, and operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Cleaning and Preparation

  • Remove labels, adhesives, and residues from units using approved cleaning products.
  • Clean units to remove dust, dirt, and other debris prior to inspection and packaging.
  • Ensure units meet cleanliness standards before moving to the next stage of processing.

Cosmetic Grading and Inspection

  • Perform visual inspections to determine the cosmetic condition of each unit.
  • Classify products based on cosmetic grading standards.
  • Identify discrepancies and report them to supervisors or quality personnel.

Packaging and Labeling

  • Use the system to generate product labels and confirm correct information.
  • Assemble new boxes or reuse original boxes when applicable and in acceptable condition.
  • Ensure all required accessories (cables, adapters, etc.) are included in the package.

Palletizing and Inventory Preparation

  • Move sealed boxes to the palletizing area.
  • Scan units to generate a unique pallet identification number.
  • PCoordinate with Quality (OBA) for pallet inspection and release.
  • Assist with transferring approved pallets to Finished Goods Inventory (FGI).

Qualifications

  • Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ years of operations, production or warehouse experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with inventory systems.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background and drug screening

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 30lbs.
  • Comfortable working in a production and warehouse setting, which may be non-climate controlled
  • Safety toe shoes are required when operating a Pallet Jack or Forklift.

  • Monday ? Friday, 8:00 AM ? 4:30 PM
  • Overtime may be required based on operational needs
