NOW HIRING – Office & Operations Coordinator

Janadhi & Company is looking for an experienced Office & Operations Coordinator to join our team.

$18–$25/hour DOE | Full-Time | In-Office

Janadhi & Company has been in business for over 20 years, providing professional IT, low-voltage, network, security, and technology solutions throughout Utah. We work on everything from ongoing customer service and IT support to large commercial construction and technology projects.

We are a growing, hands-on company, and we're looking for someone who wants to become an important part of our day-to-day operations.

What You'll Do

  • Answer phones and assist customers
  • Create and coordinate service tickets
  • Order equipment and project materials
  • Request quotes and negotiate vendor pricing
  • Prepare estimates from project Bills of Material
  • Handle invoicing, payments, A/R, and collections
  • Receive packages and coordinate deliveries
  • Follow up with customers and vendors
  • Help keep projects and office operations organized

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of recent, relevant professional office experience
  • Strong organization, communication, and customer-service skills
  • Experience with purchasing, billing, A/R, estimating, or project coordination preferred
  • Construction, electrical, low-voltage, IT/MSP, HVAC, or similar industry experience is a plus
  • Associate degree or higher in business, accounting, finance, construction management, or related field preferred
  • Dependable, professional, and comfortable taking ownership of responsibilities
  • Must be available to work full-time on-site
