AtWork Personnel is growing, and we are looking for a detail-oriented, people-focused Staffing Coordinator / Onboarding Coordinator to join our team.


This role is a great fit for someone who is organized, dependable, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will bring strong transferable skills from customer service, administrative support, HR, operations, call center, hospitality, along with a commitment to providing excellent service to candidates, associates, clients, and team members.


Responsibilities:

  • Support the onboarding process for new associates
  • Collect, review, and process hiring paperwork
  • Assist with background checks, drug screens, employment verification, and compliance-related items
  • Communicate with candidates and associates regarding onboarding steps, start details, missing documents, and next steps
  • Maintain accurate records in the system
  • Help coordinate assignment details, schedules, and job-related instructions
  • Follow up with associates and internal team members to ensure timely completion of onboarding
  • Support recruiters and account managers with administrative and operational needs
  • Provide excellent customer service to candidates, associates, clients, and team members
  • Help ensure all onboarding and assignment processes are completed accurately and on time
