Description

We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and professional engineer who will be responsible for the day-to-day operational support of our corporate network. The successful candidate will possess prior experience in various systems and networking fields. They must be open and willing to take on various tasks and requests and manage them until completion. Additionally, the individual will need to be open to learning and embracing new technologies, with the goal of becoming a Subject Matter Expert in multiple areas, including network automation. This position participates in the 24/7/365 on-call rotation, and the individual understands the rigors and challenges of working in an Enterprise IT department. We offer a hybrid work environment with an onโ€‘prem / remote work schedule. This position requires a strong understanding of network technologies. Analysts will be called upon to support and troubleshoot complex incidents and outages, while also driving increased efficiency through the use of automation tools such as Ansible. Key Responsibilities: Support and maintain network automation initiatives using Ansible Develop, modify, and maintain Ansible playbooks for network configuration and updates Assist with upgrading and maintaining the Ansible environment to ensure it is current and operating effectively Automate routine network tasks, including configuration deployments and software updates Partner with the network team to reduce manual processes and improve operational efficiency through automation
