Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant for a travel job in St. Petersburg, Florida.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
  • Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
  • BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
  • Home health experience required.
  • HCHB PointCare experience required.
  • PTA certification required.


Assignment Details

  • Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
  • No on-call or weekend requirement.
