Core Responsibilities

  • Play a critical role in securing and managing large-scale projects, supporting strategic business development efforts, and guiding the continued growth and technical advancement of the geotechnical team.
  • Serve as the technical expert on geotechnical engineering projects of significant complexity and scope
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring delivery of high-quality work products
  • Provide senior-level review and approval of geotechnical reports, specifications, and engineering analyses

You’ll thrive here if you have

  • B.S in Civil Engineering 5+ years of progressive geotechnical engineering experience
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex public and private projects
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Ability to travel for client and projects needs
  • Ability to work in the outdoor environment
