Job description

You will be the Manufacturing Engineering Associate Manager for the Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control team in Archbald, PA supporting the Electro-Mechanical Assembly area and/or Cable & Harness Assembly area. Our team is responsible for providing manufacturing engineering support for production programs.


What You Will Be Doing


As the Manufacturing Engineering Associate Manager, you will be responsible for leading key engineering initiatives that drive quality, efficiency, and costeffectiveness.


Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:



  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of cable & harness and/or electromechanical assembly solutions.

  • Define and drive the engineering strategy for cable & harness or electromechanical assembly across the site.

  • Mentor and develop engineering staff, establishing careerdevelopment plans and performance goals.

  • Oversee risk management, rootcause investigations, and correctiveaction implementation for program milestones.

  • Manage resource allocation, budgeting, and schedule coordination to ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
